Custom Maid Cleaning ("we," "us," "our") is a residential cleaning company based in Skye Canyon, Las Vegas, NV. We collect the minimum we need to quote your home, schedule your clean, and stay in touch about the work. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, call, text, or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, service address, home details (size, bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, condition), the service you want, your preferred schedule, and anything you write in a message field.

Information collected automatically. When you visit custommaidcleaning.com, our hosting provider and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the time and date of your visit. This is standard web-server and analytics data.

Cookies and analytics. Our site uses limited cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure traffic. If website analytics are enabled, they are used only in aggregate to understand which pages and neighborhoods people find useful. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings; the site will still work.

What we do not collect on this site. We do not take payment information through this website, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers.

To prepare and send you a cleaning quote.
To schedule, confirm, and perform your cleaning, and to reach you about arrival windows or changes.
To follow up after a clean, resolve a concern, or ask for feedback or a review.

To keep basic business records, and to meet legal, tax, or insurance obligations.

Calls, texts, and email (SMS policy)

When you give us your phone number through our quote form, by calling or texting us, or by asking us to follow up, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Custom Maid Cleaning about your quote, your scheduled cleaning, arrival windows, schedule changes, and follow-up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency varies and depends on your service schedule — most customers receive only booking and reminder messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (725) 328-5158 or email dsmax09@gmail.com to be removed. Opting out of texts does not remove you from phone or email contact about a clean you have already booked.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our messaging — such as our messaging platform and phone provider — is limited to what is needed to deliver those messages, and those parties may not use it for their own marketing. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with anyone for marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Our team. The cleaners assigned to your home receive your name, address, access instructions, and job notes so they can do the work.
Service providers. Companies that run our website hosting, quote forms, scheduling, email, phone or text messaging, and analytics may process your information on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena, or a valid government request, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our rights, our team's safety, or yours.
Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as we need them for business, tax, insurance, or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so except where we are required to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including limiting who on our team can see it. No website or company can promise perfect security, so we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Nevada residents. Under Nevada law (NRS 603A.340), Nevada consumers may submit a verified request that we not sell certain personal information we have collected. Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
